Foster Pet Outreach

We are a small foster-based rescue, based in Central Illinois, serving primarily Peoria, Tazewell and McLean Counties. Our mission is to place animals needing a forever family into loving homes. The animals we take in are able to receive personalized care and avoid the stress of being locked up in a cage at a shelter. In a home environment, an animal’s personality can flourish!

The A.R.K. (Animal Recycling Kennel) is a non-profit group of caring individuals who help rescue homeless animals in the Marshall County and surrounding areas. The A.R.K. is made up entirely of volunteers. All donations received are used to care for these animals. They are waiting for someone to come along and adopt them to care and love them the rest of their lives. The A.R.K. is a no kill animal shelter which is also trying to educate people on the importance of having their pets spayed and neutered. Here at The A.R.K. we find good loving indoor homes for these homeless animals.
